    Children under 2 are free!  A family ticket consists of 2 adults and up to 4 children (aged 2-16).  For additional children or adults please purchase a single ticket. 

  • Gates open at 4:30pm.
    Carols program: 5:30pm–9:10pm

  • Bring a picnic rug and settle in on the grass pitch, or choose a seat in the lower stands when you arrive. Please note: to protect the turf, chairs are not allowed on the pitch.

  • Absolutely! We recommend entering via the Western Gate to avoid stairs. You’re welcome to sit with your pram on the grass pitch. For safety, prams and strollers can’t be parked in the grandstand, but our friendly staff can store them safely until the end of the night.

  • Chairs aren’t permitted on the pitch, but seating is available in the lower stalls.

    We’re keeping the field picnic-style, so just bring your rug!

  • No – this is an alcohol-free family event.

  • Polytech Stadium is a non-smoking venue, including vaping and e-cigarettes.
    There are two designated smoking areas outside the venue. Pass-outs are available.

  • Yes! A great range of food vendors will be on site selling delicious meals and non-alcoholic drinks.

  • Of course! Please, no glassware or metal cutlery for everyone’s safety.

  • We love our furry friends, but please leave pets at home.

    Only official assistance animals and guide dogs are permitted in the venue.

  • Baby change stations are available in the female bathrooms on Level 1. 

  • No bare feet, please!

  • Parking is available at Adcock Park, just a short walk from the stadium.

    Gosford Railway Station is only 500m away, and there’s a taxi rank right there too.

  • Two gates will be in use:

    • Eastern Gate 1 – opposite Central Coast Leagues Club

    • Western Gate 3 – beside Brian McGowan Bridge (great for prams and wheelchair access)

  • Wheelchair access is available through the Western Gate, with lift access to Level 1.
    There’s dedicated wheelchair seating at the top of the stand, plus accessible bathrooms.

  • Need a breather?

    A low-sensory Quiet Space will be available for adults and supervised children who’d like a short break.
    Look for the signs from the field on the Eastern side.

  • polytec Stadium is a cash-free venue, so bring your card or digital wallet.
    There’s no ATM on site.

  • Umbrellas are fine to bring in – just please don’t open them if they block someone’s view.

    Ponchos are a great alternative if rain’s on the radar.

  • Please note that photography and filming will take place during the event for promotional use.

    By entering, you consent to being filmed or photographed.

  • polytec Stadium is home to some very special local birdlife!

    • Children under 12 must be with a guardian (16+).

    • It’s a good idea to pack sun protection and stay hydrated.

    • Security screening (bag checks) will take place at entry.

    • No glass, alcohol, weapons, metal cutlery or commercial food.

    • Please be kind and respectful — we want everyone to have a wonderful night.
